The 2027 Porsche Taycan ups its horsepower across the board, from 402 horsepower in the base model to a maximum of 1,092 in the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT with Launch Control. An even bigger change is the newly available E-Shift system, simulating eight gear changes with its paddles with a virtual rev counter and sound through Porsche Electric Sport Sound. An adaptive air suspension, available Porsche Active Ride, and a two-speed rear transmission sharpen both launches and high-speed stretches.
